A massive thank you to the team at The Bears Head for organising a 24 hour Bikeathon! The weekend involved a 24-hour bike ride with each staff member doing 1 hour each. Customers enjoyed a fun-filled tombola and delicious cake sale. The event raised an incredible £724.32 for Ruby’s Fund. The event was a fantastic weekend of teamwork and community with the most amazing team!
Grace who organised the event said “A great weekend at The Bears Head supporting our local charity Ruby’s Fund! Our team successfully completed a 24 hour stationary bikeathon, with each team member cycling for an hour. Alongside this, our tombola and cake sale were a huge hit with all our guests. We are thrilled to have raised an incredible £754.32 for Ruby’s Fund, as a team we couldn’t be prouder of what we achieved together.”
Ruby visited the Bears Head to wish everybody good luck with their peddling and to thank everybody for supporting our charity. The support from the staff and customers at the Bears Head is very much appreciated.
